Build Social network explosion for 2 sites

I have 2 sites that i want to build a heavy buzz through the top social networking sites, like Digg, twitter and others.

One of the sites is a National Motorcycle attorney, and the other is a site based on the treatment of insomnia through neurofeedback EEG. This customer will be Fox News Los Angeles on Feb 10th on a cutting edge report on the negative effects of the sleep medication Ambien(I will provide the URL's of these sites to the winning bidder)

I will need a detailed proposal with a time line and expected results for each of these sites. I would like to see a heavy amount of traffic from Digg and other top social networking sites.

## Deliverables

I will need a spreadsheet for each site with urls to all activities for this promotion project including any posted copy and/or images and the user name and password used if created for the purpose of promoting my sites.
