I'm looking for a competent person to help with my customer support team. Their task will be to answer email queries from prospects and customers. Ideally they will also have some knowledge and or sympathy for natural healing using diet, exercise and natural supplements. The person I want will be committed, work whenever needed, show initiative and make independent decisions.
That person will also have to :
1. have fluent and flawless written English
2. Know how to sell with the written word
3. be a fast learner, able to master a subject quickly
4. be able to interact with a team
