Safely lead our clients on our wide range of programs throughout Tokyo/Kanto or Kyoto/Osaka areas

Seek to provide our guests with the Japan travel experience of their lives

Present facts about the region’s natural and human history

Provide a positive role model for clients, fellow leaders, managers, key stakeholders, travel agents and even children and facilitate learning based activities

Advise and help clients experience delicious meals throughout the different areas we take them

Care for Venture equipment, philosophy and help us continue to work to a sustainable business

Lead interpretive walks and hikes (and possibly rides and paddles) of sites and landscapes

Adhere to principles of Responsible Travel

Be a steward of the natural and urban areas in which we travel
