I am looking for someone to create an email newsletter which is coded clean in HTML CSS and is mobile friendly. I already have a design which I need but it is in jpeg. So you will need to do what is required to get this email coded to HTML which is responsive or mobile friendly. This needs to be also compatible with mailchimp rules if any. We need an expert so if you have no design or HTML CSS experience do not apply. We are looking for a person with both capabilities.
