Cannot style <Select> properly in Firefox

In Firefox, the <option> elements that appear in a <Select> menu will not take on the correct font-family specified in the css style. Does anyone have a workaround or fix for this? This project involves providing a fix in the attached sample file.

Hello. I'm ready to address your need. Changing styles to select lists is not supported in new versions of Firefox. I suggest replacing the dropdown list with another method.
It's inheriting from the font-family in the style tag of the html doc not from the css file. font-family in html doc has higher specificity.
