Tailwind CSS Developer Needed for Layout Creation

I'm in need of a skilled Tailwind CSS Developer to assist me in creating 2 simple layouts. The purpose of these layouts and how soon they are needed will be discussed upon agreement.
Layout 1:
We have a forum template created in tailwind and would like to create a homepage (`[login to view URL]`) like the image attached to this job posting. We only need the homepage created.
Layout 2-3:
We have a simple feedback form and would like to create a layout similar to, [login to view URL]
The layout for 2-3 does not have to function exactly as the demo, as we only care about having the ability to add and review request.
