We are hiring for the position of a Customer Service Representative who will respond to orders, general customer inquiries, invoice questions and customer complaints. Resolves issues with orders, delivery dates or service. Resolves the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting corrections or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

1 year steady work in Call Center/Customer Service environment!
Great Computer Navigation & Typing Skills 30 wpm
Ability to pass a Background Investigation and Drug Screen
Ability to complete every day of training for 2 weeks Monday- Friday 9am-5:30pm w/out absenteeism or Tardiness
H.S. Diploma or G.E.D. Certificate
18 Years of Age or Older
All other duties as assigned
