I am seeking a skilled and experienced individual proficient in Topological Data Analysis (TDA) to assist with the analysis of data related to three groups: Healthy, Post Treatment, and Prior Treatment. The data is provided in the form of Binary adjacency matrices, with each group consisting of 30 subjects.
**Tasks:**
1. **Functional Connectivity Difference:**
- Analyze and identify differences in functional connectivity between the three groups.
2. **Structural Connectivity Difference:**
- Assess and determine variations in structural connectivity among the Healthy, Post Treatment, and Prior Treatment groups.
3. **Properties Analysis:**
- Investigate the following topological properties for each group:

**Requirements:**
- Proficiency in MATLAB for conducting the analysis.
- Provide complete codes, files, and a detailed guide explaining the methodology and steps undertaken during the analysis.
- The output should be comprehensive and well-documented as it will be presented in a different forum.
**Deliverables:**
- MATLAB scripts for each analysis task.
- Files containing the processed data and results.
- Detailed documentation explaining the analysis process, including code explanations and interpretations of results.

The selected candidate should have expertise in TDA, particularly in connectivity analysis, and be able to deliver high-quality, well-documented results.
