Address Verification and Clean up-2500 records in Excel

I have a spreadsheet with 2500 names and addresses. I need somebody with experience and ability to scrub this list of 2500 addresses for:

1.) Complete missing zip codes (based on existing info for street, city and state)

2.) Confirm correct addresses ( must have access to software that checks for address accuracy in the U.S.)

3.) For any incorrect addresses, need to try to determine correct address

I need each of these addresses verified.

I will give AUD 15 for it and I need it within 2 days.
