Chinese Real Estate Companies [Commercial Property Portfolio/Prjects] -- 2

I have compiled an excel file with the names and stock tickers of 76 Chinese property companies. Most of them are listed on the Hong Kong stock exchange so they file their annual and interim reports in English. I need you to find their most recent report and search in it and find details about their commercial property projects.

I have attached a screen shot which shows the information which you will usually see in the report. I need you to take that information and put it into an excel file. The information should include AT LEAST:

1. Project Name

2. City

3. Location

4. Use (MUST BE COMMERCIAL, it can be commercial and other stuff but it must say "Office" or "Commercial"

5. Land Bank (sqm/sqft) or GFA (gross floor Area)

6. Average land cost

I also need you to save the annual report from which you got the information and also send it over to me. I would like you to mark the page number in the excel file from which you got the information in the report.

Some of the companies only have filings in Chinese, so don't worry about those. Just focus on the ones that have English reports. All of the Hong Kong and Singapore listed companies will have english reports.
