Data Entry in a Web Form from Excel and Word Documents

This job is simple:
On an Excel spreadsheet there are 15 different categories. In the rows, there are, for example, N1 and N7. You must go to the Word document (there is one per category) and check what N1 and N7 correspond to.
Then you must copy and paste N1 and N7's corresponding text into a website form (I will give you the web address).
This must be completed in one day, and you must be able to communicate with me using AIM, Skype, or another instant messenger after the project is awarded.
