EVA w/Social Media Capabilities -- 2

I have very ambitious goals and know my zone of genius is not in the demanding (the demands are in the details) administrative work that takes me away from innovating and growing the business. I am looking for an EVA who can take things off my plate without compromising the quality so I can invest my time elsewhere.
This Eva position will require posting to social media platforms via Recurpost, working with platforms such as Typeform, Pandadoc, Asana, Canvas, Squarespace, Acuity, and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint). Additionally, administrative tasks such as managing clients emails. Scheduling meetings, research, bookkeeping, etc.
You pride yourself on being an efficient self-starter. Processes and systems are your middle name and there is only one quality you put your name on - high quality. Your clients don’t have to manage you because you manage yourself. With processes and systems in place you thrive in the fine print communication to meet deadlines and recording the steps is seamless.
Your work will help me reach my goals and in doing so will have a tremendous impact on healthcare and specifically women’s healthcare in the USA, as well as worldwide. This is meaningful, life-changing work!
If you feel like I just described you and your ideal client, have 5-10 hours a week to bring on a new client, can work with a client in the Eastern Time zone, are proficient in MOS and comfortable communicating both via email and conference calls, are comfortable managing projects in Asana, use Loom to share, and know when it’s time to hop on a call, and have social media experience then I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you.
