Fill in a Spreadsheet with Data

We need some help with a web-scraping project.

We have an Excel sheet with a list of about 200 training courses.

For every course, we need each of the 22 columns filled in - phone number, cost, course description, learning outcomes, etc.

Each entry does require a little bit of thought which means that the task cannot be automated:

1 - For some of the training courses, not all of the information will be available. For example, not all courses give fixed training dates, as they are by special arrangement. Another example is that not all courses state what qualification will be achieved.

2 - Also, we need a little bit of analysis for each course. e.g, there is a column where you must state whether the course is face-to-face, or whether it is e-learning/DVD/printed.

3 - The information is not always clearly stated. For instance, to get the address and phone number of the training course, you often have to navigate to a different part of the site. Or there may be a number of different phone numbers given, and you have to find the correct one for that course.

4 - we need a Course Description and list of Learning Objectives for each entry. The Course Description should be about one paragraph saying what the course is. The course objectives should be a list of bullet points stating what the delegates would learn.

This means that each course takes at least a few minutes to fill in all the information correctly, so there's a good few hours work there.

Because the work is very important to us, we will check that the data matches. We understand that there will be plenty of different data, but we want to guard against incorrect email addresses or phone numbers etc - the sort of things that should definitely be correct. We understand that data such as the Course Description will vary between researchers.

We would like to use the freelancer.com app to see screenshots of what you have done once an hour. This is because the last person we gave this work to did not understand the instructions, and we didn't find out until they thought they had finished the job. So we would like to catch any problems early.

We are looking for someone to work immediately, to work Thursday 3 March and Friday 4 March. We are in London, United Kingdom on GMT time zone.
