Looking for Web administrator who works 4-5 hours daily. 5days-a-week. My budget is 150dolllar/per/month. And looking for longterm. As our work grow in a few months we may increase our budget.
I need someone who is available for me on WhatsApp or Skype during work hours. It's not like that I keep waiting for you.
Who will be the right person for this job:
If you have already lot of projects and overloaded please don't accept this. Because this will waste both of our time.
Experience require:
- Word press uploading products through CSV.
-Adobe Photoshop
-MS Word & Excel
Job Description:
Part 1:
This is very sensitive work should be zero mistakes. There are 3 stages in this work.
1- Make CSV file. We will provide you with our vendor CSV file you need to convert that file according to our website CSV format.
2- After making the final CSV file. You need to add the pictures of each product into our wp library. You need to get those pictures from google. When you enter the model number of product on google or amazon website it will show you the picture.
3- Upload the file to our website.
You need to upload CSV file after every two weeks so twice in a month.
Part 2:
Designing promotion banners according to our requirement.
-We will work in Asana. The daily report you need to tell us. If you don't comply with our way of work or you don't provide us with any report daily and in detail, we won't work with you. And you are not the right person for us.
Part 3:
Collecting the data of product listings from URL which I will provide you. All the projects will be manage in ASANA. Daily reports require regarding task in ASANA.
