Excel File to be loaded onto website as Product

I have an online store in which I sell product. I recently received an xls file from my product supplier, and I need to have the file formatted to fit into my website. Currently, the categories of the file do not line up the same, in which my database is calling for.
Attached is 2 files. The file "New Product.xls" is the product I am adding to the site. The file "Current Website File" is the file that is currently installed on my website. As you will see ... I only need the new product added to my site, which means re-formatting the new product to fit into the file that is currently on the site. As far as I am concerned ... The product that is on the "Current Website File" can be deleted and we can just setup the new file to fit in the "Current Website File" format.
Of course there is a ton of extra information on the "Current Website File" ... We only need to adjust the product part of the file.
