type up handwritten notes

this is a re-post as i was let down by previous provider

I have about 800+ handwritten pages of notes in various 2 different hand written styles.

I have scanned these notes, and need someone who is fast at reading MEDICAL ENGLISH to type these up in WORD format exactly as they appear in handwritten format.

These notes are integrated with diagrams, so where there are diagrams just write a note in bold saying DIAGRAM and double space it from other text.

There are several documents, some have 11 pages, some have 66 but in total there are 832 pages. They are scanned into pdf format.

I have attached a sample pdf of the worst handwriting, the other handwriting style is easier to read.
