• This is a key position in the Data Conversion System. I am the primary responsible person to implement the customer specifications and process the data. In this, the work involves in analyzing the data, which consists of various books/journals/manuscript images.

• The projects involve in creation of highly accurate tagged HTML, XHTML & XMLs , ePub, CSS and Integrated PDF for faster web access and high quality image files.

• My work involves in Conversion of printed source documents, Scanned Images, PDF and TIFF images into XML/HTML/XHTML tagged files in the IZAAC Tool environment with the advanced tool editors like epsilon, Photoshop, and Adobe acrobat writer.

• Training to be given to the following Staff: Newly appointed Staff – Data Entry Operators, Data Entry Verifiers, Proofreaders, Scanning Operators Jr. Data Analysts and Data Analysts

• Monitoring the product quality through scientific approach and giving regular feedback to production to enhance the quality.

• Alerting production process in case of serious problems.

• Generating necessary reports about trainee like efficiencies and accuracies while training.
