Hi,
I am going to conduct an analysis of how post-IPO performance and uncertainty impact the under-pricing in IPOs. I need post-IPO key financials and first-day trading data.
The factors that I am most interested in is how uncertainty factors such as a change in revenues, EBITDA, Debt/Value ratio, and Costs across time affects under-pricing i.e. returns of first-day trading.

Screening criteria:
1. Geographic Location- Nordics, i.e. Norway, Denmark, Finland, Sweden
2. Transaction type- IPO
3. Transaction status- closed/live/trading
4. Transaction Primary Type- Common shares or common stocks, i.e. first-time listing (exclude: Spin-Offs, secondary offerings, etc.)
5. Time frame- Listing/first day of trading date from 01.01.2010 to 31.12.2022

(14) Exchange rates at listing day- NOK/SEK, NOK/DKK, NOK/EUR
(15) TEV/EBITDA- at the day of transaction (last financial report)
(16) P/E (last financial report)
(17) Revenues estimates- five year prior to listing (if possible)
(18) EBITDA- five year prior to listing (if possible)
(19) Net income- five year prior to listing (if possible)
(20) Free cash flow estimates- five year prior to listing (if possible)
(21) Debt/Value ratio- five year prior to listing (if possible)
(22) Lawsuits- dummy variable & description (if possible)
(23) Beta estimates (day of listing or latest financial report)
(24) Risk free rate in the respective countries (Norway, Denmark, Finland, Sweden) at first day of trading
(25) Guidance and/or analysts estimates prior to listing
(26) Corporate tax rate- at the date of listing
