I am in need of a marketing executive/marketing company who can handle various tasks related to marketing for a small music school focusing in piano, vocals, violin, guitar/ukulele and other short term programs. The ideal candidate should have experience in overseeing the entire marketing department of a small music school, plans, strategize and help to execute and liase with vendors to churn out marketing content of all sorts and to help to reach the stated marketing goals and objectives. Apart from handling the crucial marketing tasks, I need someone to coordinate the work of my video editor, graphic designer, SEO, content creator.
Immediate goals: lead generation but through all marketing to create awareness, branding , engagement

Specific requirements for this project include:
- Content creation: The marketing executive will be responsible for creating engaging and compelling content for our marketing campaigns.
- Campaign planning and execution: The marketing executive will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns. This includes identifying target audience, creating marketing strategies, and monitoring the success of the campaigns.
- Liasing with vendors: The marketing executive will also be responsible for coordinating with vendors and partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities. This includes managing relationships with external agencies, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Analytics and reporting: Analysing effectiveness of all strategies and provide updates and to work towards KPIs.
- Email marketing: to help to execute our email marketing plans by using content that we've created in house
- Advertising and promotion: Create and manage advertising campaigns across various channels, focusing on targeted demographics and interests.
- Social media management
- SEO
- Implement and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to attract potential students.
- Manage our online presence, including website and social media platforms
In terms of budget, I have allocated a budget of $800 - $1500 for the marketing work.
