Drupal Upload and Customization of Files

The person would have to be proficient in Drupal. I had another provider who did not know what they were doing (global solutions) and they got errors and also had an error in the bandwidth. I need someone who actually knows what he is doing.

I do not want to talk to someone who is fishing and a team manager. I want an actual programmer that I will be dealing with.

There are uploads and edits that I need completed. I am searching for a team who can work on a monthly basis. And, so far I have paid programmers who don't have a clue.

I will not pay you until the end, so don't apply if you think that you need this done ahead of time, because every single time that I pay ahead of time...someone doesn't do it appropriately.

1)I need to have drupal 5.1 with modules uploaded properly.

2)I need to have web pages uploaded properly with logo done right and if resize needs to be done so that is clear, then by all means do so.

3)I need a programmer that is the actual programmer and who is willing to work on a consistent basis and not burn bridges.

4)I need this job done w/test errors on THEIR SERVER - and then a final test on MY SERVER.
