Repair a control panel on an induction hotplate

I have an induction hotplate with a broken control panel which I am told is irreparable because we cannot find a spare part. The hotplate has been discontinued. I was hoping someone may be able to repair it or come up with another which will replace it - It's from a Blanco hotplate model CI804L ([url removed, login to view]) .
