Wall, Glass properties:

a) Original Victorian (circa 1915) renovated house has suspended floor, added insulation to the ceiling R4.0, no insulation in walls, this section of the build will have wall radiators

b) New extension, underfloor hydronic circuits on insulated poly floor panels and screed, wall insulation R2.5, ceiling R4.0, windows double glazed

Other necessary parameters:

a) Note the layout on the plans of island kitchen bench, sink, cooktop, cupboards, fire place. Run the circuits around these fittings.

b) Make the circuits tighter in the ensuite.

c) No flow/return circuit longer than 100m, 80m preferred

d) Manifold to be located near the doorway into the dining room in a cupboard on the wall adjacent to the lap pool

e) The lap pool has been struck out of the build now and this is where the hydronic heat pump outdoor unit, heat pump water heater and associated equipment will be positioned
