As one the of leads, I don't know a whole lot on the technical side of video conferencing. Basically how it works. Therefore I am seeking an engineer with experience in video conference technology to consult to learn more about the video conferencing and to at times consult on issues which I need to diagnose and evaluate problems with stream related to video in order to get an "outside" professional perspective.
