Conference Presenter Database

I'm looking for some quote to create searchable database for all the speakers at an upcoming conference.
I don't have all of the relevant information however we will receive an excel spreadsheet with information along the lines of:
- Presenter's Name (maybe a photo too)
- Abstract Number
- Session Time
- Abstract Title
- Link to program
With the ability to download:
- Full Abstract and Contact Details
The host the database on is: [login to view URL]
They also wish to link it to the program: [login to view URL]
So if people select their name in the program, it takes them to their abstract details in the database and vice versa.
Tech specs are as follows:
- Must include a search function
- MUST look good on mobile as most people will be accessing it from their phone
