Convert PDF to spreadsheet, reconfigure columns and rows

I have a PDF file with 3 columns: Description, SKU, Price
The file needs to be converted to a .csv spreadsheet. The "item" separated into two columns: "SKU" (the number in the row) and "Description" (text) . Each item has to be on a separate line. Some item text take up 2 or 3 rows, this needs to be changed so that the it is on just one row. There are about 3,000 items on the spreadsheet.
