Excel spreadsheet to help determine when my patients are due for their injection based on therapy start date

I work for a patient support program and we have to determine when patients are due for their doses. I'm looking for an Excel spreadsheet where I can enter a therapy start date and it will tell me when all of their doses in the next 12 months would be. Bimzelx - The loading doses are 1 box every 4 weeks for 16 weeks then 1 box every 8 weeks thereafter. Cimzia - 1 box week 0, week 2, week 4, then 1 box every 2 weeks or every 4 weeks depending on their dose.
I'm looking for 2 sets of spreadsheets - 1 when the patient is starting and is requiring loading doses/maintenance doses and 1 that is only for the maintenance doses.

Start Date: 20July2022 - Week 0 (1st injection)
Aug 17 - Week 4
Sept 14 - Week 8
Oct 12 - Week 12
Nov 9 - Week 16
Jan 4, 2023 (Start of maintenance dose every 8 weeks)
