Hi I need a Flash Animated video under 3 minutes produced from the attached screenplay and storyboard The video is for promoting an anti-cellulite patch [url removed, login to view] The story is about a city in which all women had a secret and nobody talked about it. The secret was that they all suffered from cellulite and they were too shy and insecure to wear sexy clothes like mini-skirts, skirts, shorts, bikinis, etc.... But one day a new girl came to town. She had a sexy, cellulite-free body. She shared her beauty secrets with everyone and thanks to her now all women in town started wearing sexy clothes and became happier. Many locations and characters are used again and again so no need to design a lot of backgrounds. The screenplay is in English and the Narrator's dialogs are in Spanish. An agency will provide voice-over. You will only be providing animation and some sound FX. You must provide portfolio of similar works. Questions are welcome. ## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
