Editing Flash Template Job

Following are the lists of work needed done on a flash template.
1. Add scroll bar on a few selected pages.
2. Edit the buttons to scroll the browser down to content upon clicking.
3. Add picture / video gallery. Upon clicking on the thumbnail preview, a lightbox will pop up and display the picture / video at a bigger size. Add the ability to navigate between another picture / video in the lightbox.
4. Edit the Music Controls to mute only the Background Music. (Currently, the mute button mutes all the sounds.)
Project is on a smaller budget. Bids with lower quotes will be given piority consideration.
