Hi,

I am looking for flash programmer to make mp3 ringtone maker. Must be bug free, excellent graphicis and support major audio formats.

Please note this should be made by you because I separated this project into two phases. The first phase is to create ringtone maker and second phase will be discussed after the successful completion of first phase.

I will also need source code. Please pm me and explain how you planned to make it.

I don't need company portfolio and long list of urls.
