Create AS3 code frame for a facebook application

I'm a flash UI developer, currently looking for a Flash AS3 person to help me to create the AS3 code frame for a facebook application that will have:

- UI elements to trigger a local voice recording into ilbc compression ( [url removed, login to view])

- push the voice file to the server using json & ftp (to be provided when selected)

- an open port to receive push notification from the server via json to download new messages and also trigger UI elements (instructions to be provided when selected)

- login to facebook & grab user pictures & facebook id & name using facebook api ([url removed, login to view])

The objective is to create the backend code frame base for use to work with the UI elements - AS3.

Outcome wanted is source code for:

1) do a simple facebook login & display the user's image, name & facebook id

2) a simple flash button to trigger a voice recording for 10 sec

3) voice to save in iLBC compression

4) upload the voice recording to the server via json, using an id string

5) receive push notifications to trigger a pop-up, grab & display individual elements of the json string
