Three (3) Custom Design Flyers needed, Bring your great design Ideas!

I have a project that entails three flyers to be made. Each flyer represents a different division of the company.
These flyers will need to be created using something that will allow me to print them, and to covert files to a website page too.
I want to create flyers for my sales team, and also put the flyer on my website (its own page) and use it in an email campaign, so I need proper coding for both the flyer to be printable and put on a website.
MISSION: Educating the general public about our services and trying to get them to call/email us .
WANTS:
Flyer #1.) General, plain and simple flyer about the company (Company Overview). Use logos, color scheme from website: [url removed, login to view] (use Renterwarehouse logo from footer too, as preferred partner somewhere in the footer of these flyers)
There will be room for text, please use filler text until I get final design approval to you. Use the header of inspiration on what text I will be using (services offered).
Will need an area for Contact info: (URL, phone #, email) all need to be included on flyer. Add facebook, twitter, youtube logos somewhere too.
I need your ideas on creativity, need design to stand out as this will be used as sales material (as well as coded for website page/email campaign).
Flyer #2.) Design around the storm damage / Roofing division of company called "What the Hail?" here is website: [url removed, login to view]
This needs to have same design color scheme as Flyer #1) it is apart of the same company, just the roofing / storm damage division. I need space reserved for text on this flyer too (will provide text once design is approved) It will be in a bullet point format (or what ever you think is best looking and innovative). Same contact info, social media logos, same New Concept Contractors logo).
Flyer #3) Design around the Maintenance division of SAME company. Again, I need you design creativity, will re-use same logos, contact info, color scheme as other two flyers - need more room reserved for text that I will supply once design is done.
I need these designed and done within in five business days. I will most likely have revisions for you and need your prompt reply to wrap this up.
If all goes well, I will have more of the same projects coming in.
