Ebay template & Store Design - KYOZOU / HTML

I am looking to have my ebay pages and ebay store designed. We are in the fashion industry so it is very important it looks trendy and chic.

We would like to have 2 listing templates. One would be for our brand new items and the other for consignment, I would like to keep the color theme similar and am open to a new logo. But somehow there be something that jumps out differentiating the between the 2 templates. I would also like to incorporate social network icons like facebook and twitter, powerseller icon and maybe a couple promo boxes around the sides. Here is an example of some features we are very interested in.

1. The thumbnail gallery, needs to be able to scroll over it and the photo changes and enlarges (no clicking)

2. at the bottom the tabs with all our store policies (instead of having to scroll down )

I am not interested in a black background.

I also would like to remove the side bars on my ebay page so that my template is centered. As you can see on the same link as provided above the store categories shift the page to the right. This is an example of what I am not looking for.

I would love some type of banner linking the top of the page to other ebay pages like the link below and a banner at the very bottom just like this. I like their exact banner at the bottom but changes in colors to match

Would like some type of fabulous design on our ebay store front that would match the templates. And show some customization.

I am looking for some one who is artstic and creative to do this job as I want it to look very chic and fashionable. I am of course open to anything and everything listed above is not set in stone they are simply ideas I have had.

Looking for white/grays/purples and like the patterns damask, chandeliers, think modern french boutique.

We just signed up for KYOZOU for the backend and that is where we will be listing from, Eventually we will need to revamp our website but cant afford it right now. But if things work out would love to get a wonderful landing page.
