T-shirt design (Football support)

Greetings people!
I need a designer that can help me do something similar to the picture I've attached. This design will be printed on a t-shirt and the colours should be very clean (will use screenprint). Since half of the job is already done I am searching for a cheap solution.
Here is what I want to fix:
1. Instead of "We are xxx" I want it to be "We are BIH"
2. Instead of the eyes on the picture I want it to be angry "balaclava eyes" (see attached example picture)
3. Somewhere on the design there should be a Bosnian lily, you can use your fantasy of how they lily should look like (see attached pictures of the lilies)
This is for a football (soccer) supporter group. So think casual football style. I would also like to add that I will be in need of many more designs in near future. If you have your own ideas, please show me or let me know :)
