URGENT!!! Wordpress website amendments.

Hi,
I require someone to perform the changes below immediately today when I've nominated the right candidate.

Amendments:
1. Home page 'Contact Area' to be substituted with the 'Contact Form' ([login to view URL])
2. Ensure that you cannot scroll to the right side of the website. I believe this is due to the background image size.
3. Centre both 'Book an Appointment' & 'Contact Us' buttons on all 6 of the service pages and ensure buttons are mobile friendly.
4. Enable the 'Book an Appointment' Top menu button to perform the same action as the 'Book an Appointment' button in the 'About Us' section of the homepage.
5. Ensure the website is completely responsive and that the 'Services' section on the homepage is centred when accessed via a mobile device and that you can't scroll to the right too.
6. Change the drop down menu in mobile view to something better looking.
