We're about to launch our new DocMonk Marketplace. Another designer (from RAC) has done an excellent job with the design and HTML markup. However, he's unavailable to do a few final tasks that we need.

Please go ahead and complete the registration process by clicking on "Start Now." Several of the things I want to show you are part of the registration. On this page:

1. When you go to upload a PDF document, you will see the "Please Wait" with an animation. Can you do something nice with this? The user may be starting at that for several seconds while they wait for something to upload or for something else - so I think it's really important for it to look good.?
2. Continuing through the set up process to the last step, I added a page that give the user a few options after they are done. This is the current version of that page:

I'd like you to make this page really good, perhaps with some artwork to present the three options. The three options should probably appear horizontally on the page. I'm open to ideas.
