Assignment:
It should be a homepage where customers have the opportunity to post their works online and sell them. The customer (buyer / seller) should be able to register and have his own account for his sale or purchase. The sale of his works includes a commission. Of course, the buyer only pays his order.
The payment of the reader / customer goes directly to the homepage operator. Payment options: Paypal or Sofortüberweisung. After payment, the document is automatically ready for download immediately.
The number of sales must be plausibly visible to the seller in his account, as well as the automatically deducted commission, which the seller receives.
The payment of the commission is only starting from a certain amount with a button click.
The homepage should receive several categories and a blog page.
Furthermore, additional categories should be specially reserved. Click to redirect this category to another page, where a chat function has to be installed.
Of course, the homepage has to be suitable for SEO. Also, it should be visible on the internet and further steps for the marketing to be cleared as to what is being done to increase the visibility of the site!
I would like to have a flat rate (no hourly wage).
Once the homepage has been created and it is also online, would need someone who regularly looks after this homepage or waiting and cleaning! Here I would individually agree a wage price.
