Brochure design with graphic pictures of proposed buildings

We have a large property that we want to develop into an industrial park. We need to be able to show examples of buildings, railway lines, silos and roads on our brochure. We can supply aerial photos of our property and we need a graphic designer to add 3 dimensional infrastructure to the photos. The buildings and roads are examples only and we do not have any engineered designs to follow. As long as the buildings and infrastructures are to scale, it will be OK, no need to get too technical.
I will provide a brochure example to follow. Replace the photos from the brochure with our photos and designs. change the text to our text.
Architectural CAD drawing will be required. I will attach the brochure we want to replicate with our information. Good luck!
