I am looking for someone to build a wordpress plugin that is for a pre-school.
The idea is to be an online agenda of which the teacher updates daily for their entire class, therefor it must be easy and quick to update. The parent can log in daily and see their childs progress at the end of the school day. The fields are mostly checkboxes, radio boxes and comment boxes.
The educator logs in:
When the educator logs in, i would like them to automatically be loaded into the class list with the fields to fill out for the day and a submit button afterwards. They should also have capabilities to go back in time through a calendar and edit previous entries for the students in their class.
When the parent logs in:
When the parent logs in , i would like them to see a list of all the entries of the week for their child. Also a section of shared files and messages from the pre-school admin. There should also be a section with a contact form where they can contact admin through the plug in.
When the admin logs in: (could be through the wordpress admin panel, but you can advise on that)
This is where it all comes together. Admin should be able to view and edit every entry that the educators fill out. This is also where we would add, remove and archive student accounts, assign students to classrooms, manage login credentials, etc. Through this section, we can also send out messages or notes to a specific parent, an entire class, or the entire school .
We have a model up and running right now, however it is not a wordpress plug in, it is not responsive and its functionality is definitely lacking some key aspects, however it's a good start to base ourselves off of.
It needs to be responsive, viewed and edited from mobile devices.
