Because it needs to be powerful and scalable you naturally choose to use Java Enterprise Edition Technologies.\r\n 1. SPECIFICATIONS \r\n The first version of the website will be composed of several functionalities listed below: \r\n \r\n -­- As anonymous: \r\n o View a short description of this service and statistics in the index page \r\n o Register as a new user, authenticate himself \r\n o Use web services \r\n o Search objects \r\n o List last added objects in SupBartering \r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n -­- As a registered user: \r\n o Add an object \r\n o Delete an object \r\n o View and edit his profile \r\n o Log out \r\n \r\n You have to use EJB 3.1 and Servlet/JSP implementing JSP Model 2 Architecture and JPA \r\n implementing good practices (DAO, Factories, Criteria and MetaModel API...). \r\n 2.2 INDEX PAGE \r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n \r\n For anonymous the index page must show a short description of this service and statistics of \r\n use (number of users, number of objects). You are free to add others statistics. \r\n \r\n A navigation area must be displayed on the top of all pages (login, register). \r\n For authenticated users, the navigation area displays a logout link, a link to his profile and a \r\n link to manage his objects. \r\n \r\n This page displays the last objects stored in the database. \r\n \r\n A search bar based on the name, price, description or type to find objects. \r\n Show a button for each item to view details. \r\n Add paging buttons at the bottom of this page if more than 10 objects are returned. \r\n \r\n \r\n 2.3 REGISTER AND AUTHENTICATE \r\n \r\n \r\n When registering, users have to give some details about them, like username first name, \r\n last name, email address, a postal code and password. He can add or delete an object. \r\n To add a new object, the user have to give some details about, like a title, a description, a \r\n price, a typeof object and a picture. \r\n The page to manage his objects displays a list of all his objects. \r\n For each object, display a link to delete it.
