Crop advertisements from scanned newspaper pages

I'm looking for someone to crop advertisements from scanned newspaper pages. I have 14,245 ads that need to be cropped and saved as separate image files. Some of the ads are full-page ads, and thus do not need to be cropped (just visually confirm that ad is full page). Most of the ads are partial page ads, and the ad will need to be cropped and saved as a separate file (I have a file that will instruct which ad to crop if there are multiple ads on the page). Preferably the task would be automated to reduce time, with validations built in to make sure the correct ad was cropped. Thanks for your interest. Example pages are included.
