Customize a Wix website

I´ve started a language course site using Wix and I can´t customize some of its functions.
- I´d like someone to help me separate those paid plans and put them onto various pages as now they´re ALL ON ONE PAGE.
- Solve a problem. The site works perfectly when you wanna pay from a PC but some payment process gets stuck using a browser on your mobile phone.
-Add some restrictions, certain services are only available for some locations. Users need to meet the criteria to be able to buy and use the services.
