Design for E-book Cover & Header

Hello... I need an original design for an e-book, image attached. I had the existing cover designed last year but I don't like it anymore. I need a cover that has themes of "getting rich" and "financial freedom". The current theme of the "family" just isn't working. I will also need the title of the book on the edge of the book where it is missing.
I also need to have a header redesigned. The e-book cover makes up part of it, but I did the font myself and it doesn't look like it's high quality. I just want this area to look more special and professional, something attractive.
I will give you full artistic license for this project(for colors and everything), but I need you to send me a quick rough draft before you do the final version. I am looking for a real artist here, not someone who just copies and pastes images on google. Please mention something in this description in your bid so I know that you read it, thanks.
