Feb 2021 - Social Media, EDM & Blog Manager (trial month)

We are looking for someone to create memorable and engaging content to promote our online presence. This is ongoing on a monthly basis. This project is for the trial month.

The ideal candidate will be a passionate marketing and communications individual able to work independently. You must demonstrate attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Each month you will be responsible for:

- Writing and scheduling content (images will be supplied) to 6 social media channels (up to 3 times a week). You will need to write the image caption and include relevant hashtags.

- Writing 1 blog article per month (min 800 words).

- Creating and managing our monthly EDM newsletter – 1 EDM per month

- Maintaining a consistent brand experience across all digital platforms.

- Working with our team to implement and improve on ideas to grow our brand.

- Ensuring all content is of a high standard and aligns with our brand guidelines.

In order to be successful in this role you must display:

- Experience in curating, creating and scheduling engaging content in past roles.

- A working knowledge of social media platforms, content planning and scheduling software.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.

- Strong organisational, communication and time management skills

- Have experience and knowledge of content management platforms such as WordPress and online mailing software like MailChimp etc.

- Be proficient in MS Office as well as Canva and/or other design programs.

As this is a trial month, you will not be required to schedule the content, we ask that you supply everything in a word document.
