A travel page where you Will find the 50 cheapest flight tickets close to you right now.
So When you Enter the site, the first Thing you Will see is a list of cheapest flight tickets close to you. Destination and time/date of departure doesnt matter.
So what you need to do is basically a search engine that locates the nearest AirPort to the user and scans all flightticket Pages for any flight tickets within the next 6 months from that AirPort and lists the 50 cheapest of Them.
