I’m bidding on the staging of an extremely posh home in Beverly Hills worth $26million. I want my bid to look like a $26m bid! You can see my logo and screen shot images from www.highendstaging.com. I’ve attached some as well. I’ll send you pricing information to include in the bid. Should contain:
1. Logo branding page with our logo and the address of the property 1201 Laurel Way
2. Proposal $60,000 includes all but the art which will be sourced with a 3rd party. I’ve recommended two under separate cover. Art curation overseen by HES designer, with final approval by Tracy Tutor. Pricing includes usage for 90 days, after which rent will be $6,000/month. Executive leases available under separate negotiation.
3. Recommendations: overall greater warmth, layering, and personality throughout. More organic in nature, less hotel lobby “matchy matchy”. Reference guest house with green velvet chairs, as well as numerous modern homes we have attached recently staged by HighEndStaging for details.
4. Custom production of deferral couches.
5. Timeline: install week of February 4th, with intent to have completed for photos February 11th.
Other: we will promote your first brokers open to our database of realtors in Los Angeles area via a series of Instagram posts and eblasts (6,000 realtors).
