I need a graphic designer to crop PDF files

I have 28 PDF pages. Each page is landscape 8.5 x 11 inches but needs to be cut into half and each half needs to be placed as a portrait filling up the full 8.5 x 11. In other words, we will have 56 pages total after the job is done. An example of such a page is attached.
