Need some Graphic Design

I have a last minute project that i would need completed by 9 a.m. Bulgarian time (its 9. 30 p.m. now) it would involve product redesign of a beer can, and 2 beer bottles. The budget is only £140. I would just need an A3 page on each - a 2D design, flat wrap label and a little info on each. I would provide a mood board for each. Let me know if you think this is achievable? Thanks!
UPDATE. The project is now for 2 redesigns, 1 beer bottle and one Standard beer can. One will stay true to original design, the other is a complete redesign. I know its a push to get it done in the timescale but i know that someone can achieve it :) I attached an example of whats needed - its not exact, just an idea.
