We provide transport and freight services throughout Australia. Im looking into having a booking form created to allow customers to book jobs online. I have already built the basic form but need some additions to it.

What we need to do is be able to add the Item type (dropdown), Length, Width, Height, Quantity for each item. We also need the customer to be able to add extra items similar to the way the “Add Another Item” button works on [login to view URL]
I also need all data to be saved into the database. The tables are already created.
The data from the current form is already saved to the database. The new items will need to be saved into the jobs_items table using the job_id as the primary key.
I will provide details of the database tables after awarding the project.
