I need to build a professional website, simple to read and view in English and Arabic languages. It shall contain two main search engines, Sell/Buy properties and Property Rent offered. We are a real estate company . Website shall charge 20 US$ for any rent post when the owner place the advertisement. We shall charge 100 US $ for any Property selling advertisement charged by the owner or advertiser. It shall contain secured paying facility where advertiser will pay immediately before posting his adv. Website shall be linked to our bank account or PayPal account and can accept all kind of credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro card, PayPal, etc..). Uploading photos for each advertisement shall be feasible. Information of each property shall be displayed as Property type, location, description, building age, Price, advertiser contact details, for each search engine(Sell/Buy and Rent). This includes buying a domain. Please provide a mockup or example of your work done and all bidders are welcome.
