Overview- We have a form that collects applicant's Facebook information. We send these off to our clients
who then send us payment for the one's with corrected information and then we send payment to the users who
registered. They are being paid to rent advert space via the business side of their page. We receive about
50-100 submissions a day and need a system with automated response and a website that allows them to log in
to view the status of their submission.
Needs-
Form with Facebook A.P.I to collect Friend Count #, Email, among other user filled values. (About 8 values)
Including 2 hidden values that only we can edit to show users their status and the estimated date of payment.
We would like for the Facebook A.P.I to also create an account for them on our web page in addition to submitting
the values to our database to be reviewed.
Database to hold submission data. We must be able to move these submissions into different bins and organize them
based on the client we plan on sending them to as well as the date we plan to send them.
(JD-Day 1 Accounts, JD-Day 2 Accounts, JD- Day 3 accounts, Os - Day 1 accounts) These are the types of things we would
name these, though we would prefer they be customizable to fit whatever our current needs are.
We have to be able to send mass updates to the users in these bins and also mass edit their status so that it can reflect
the status of their submission on their user account on our website. This is vital! We are receiving hundreds of emails a
day and cannot keep up with the workload!
It would be nice to have an alternate view that displays the accounts based on current status of view. (Processing, Working on,
Locked, Paid for, ect)
A customized workflow that will allow for our clients to view the accounts in their bin and grade them based on
whether on not the account worked. (Good, Wrong Password, Locked, Doesnt Qualify) - Things like this. We would also
like for us and the applicant to be notified respectively when this is updated to let them know what course of action
they must take next. (We are currently using Google docs to share data and manually copying them over and editing
the status manually)
Website with user database integraded and registration that will allow users to track and view status of their submissions as well as
update the information they submitted or request to cancel their submission.
We are dealing with sensitive information so security is very important to us! Let me know if i was detailed enough, since i'm not to savvy on
the techinilogical side of things.
